CANADA SHIPMENTS:
Once your order is shipped, your purchase will arrive within 2-3 business days, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the carrier unique tracking number.
Items are shipped from Montreal, QC., Canada.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by force majeure or due to circumstances that are out of our control.
HANDLING TIME:
Once payment has been received and cleared, your purchase will be packed and shipped.
For orders placed before 2 p.m., your purchase will be shipped on the same day.
For orders placed after 2 p.m., your purchase will be shipped within 1 business day.
Please contact us if you do not receive an e-mail with the tracking number within 1 business day of your order.
NOTE: Please provide the correct shipping address for your purchase. Any errors in the shipping address will result in additional delays. If you have written the wrong address on your order, please contact us as soon as possible. An additional shipping fee will apply to orders that get sent back to us due to delivery to wrong address.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS IMPORTANT NOTE:
We do not offer free shipping to international customers (i.e. any customer located outside of Canada).
