Refund policy

If an item you receive is damaged or it is the wrong item, you can submit a claim to and our team will review your claim. If you claim is well founded, we will contact you and advise you of the replacement/return process or the reimbursement process, as the case may be. Please note that returns and replacements are subject to the additional conditions specified below.

General terms

Please ensure that all items are unopened, in their original condition and original packaging, are undamaged and have not been installed. Items that you open are not eligible for return, replacement or refund.

We offer free return shipping only if you received damaged item(s), or different item(s) from the one(s) you ordered. In any other case, you are responsible for shipping costs.

We do no cannot accept returns on “sale” items or gift cards.

FREE Returns

We are glad to offer FREE return of your purchased item(s) with full refund as long as the return is made within 30 days of you receiving the item(s), and the item(s) has not been installed or damaged, the item(s) is in original condition and original packaging.

Kits can only be returned as a complete kit. We kindly decline partial returns of kits.

Any attempt to install will render the item in used condition and the return will therefore not be accepted.

Damaged items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and remedy the situation.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

The return shipping cost in this case is the responsibility of the buyer. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to be reflected in your account. Please note that additional delays may be caused by your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
